1. Shipping Charge:
We offer 2 types of shipping.
- Free shipping: There are no shipping costs.
- Standard shipping: For this standard shipping the customer must pay a shipping fee of $8.00.
2. Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping exclusively within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Processing and Transit Times:
- Free Shipping: Processing time is 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time is 8 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Standard Shipping: Processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that these are estimated times and can be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time
4. Order Cut-Off Time:
Order cut-off time 06:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
5. Delivery Carriers:
We primarily use DHL and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after your order has shipped. If you don't receive tracking information within 2 business days, feel free to contact us at support@glamorymelbourne.com.
6. Order Tracking:
Track your order by visiting the Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number or order number with your email address.
7. Changing the Delivery Address:
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
We currently do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders for each shipping destination. For assistance, reach us at support@glamorymelbourne.com .
9. Delays:
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you if your order exceeds the estimated delivery time.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us right away for assistance.
11. Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at support@glamorymelbourne.com to initiate a return.
