To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or packing slip) must be included.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fee.
We highly recommend using a Track & Trace service when returning an item. If a return is lost without tracking, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds may not be issued.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, you can choose to receive either:
A refund to your original payment method, or
A store credit (issued as a digital gift card) to use toward future purchases.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once it arrives.
This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
