30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or packing slip) must be included.

Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@glamorymelbourne.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Shipping address

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

  • We highly recommend using a Track & Trace service when returning an item. If a return is lost without tracking, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds may not be issued.


Refund & Store Credit Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved, you can choose to receive either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit (issued as a digital gift card) to use toward future purchases.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Store credit purchases


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glamorymelbourne.com with:

  • Order details

  • Photos showing the issue

Our team will assess the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@glamorymelbourne.com.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once it arrives.
