4. Order Cancellations:
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. Contact us at support@glamorymelbourne.com with your order details (order number, receiver’s name, and/or email address).
- After Shipment: If you wish to cancel after shipment, you will receive a refund minus shipping fees. The order must be rejected upon delivery. Once the item is returned to us, the refund will be processed minus shipping costs.
5. Wrong Product Received:
We strive for accuracy, but in case you receive the wrong item, you have two options:
- Keep the wrong item with a partial refund.
- Request the correct item. We will provide a free return shipping label, and upon receiving the wrong item, we will send the correct one or issue a full refund.
